The Process
What do you do?
In short, I help men and women shed stubborn pounds and double their energy without crazy diets and militant exercise so they can finally look great naked.
What is your process for health coaching vs. life coaching?
The sessions are ALWAYS client driven. Whatever the client needs in ours session, they get. The programs for health and life are slightly different: Total LIFE Transformation Program or Total BODY Transformation Program, so what we primarily focus on is naturally different. But, there is a lot of overlap when it comes to habit change and support.
How do I get started?
The first step is to sign them up for what I call an OTR (Opening the Relationship) or Breakthrough conversation. This is a free discovery session where we get to know each other and see if we want to work together. We talk about what they truly want in life, what has been holding them back or stopping them from having it now, and what it looks like or feels like to have it. It’s a fun and easy process. There is never judgement and only curiosity.
What does a Breakthrough Session entail?
Basically, we will set up a day and time to meet, either in person or video chat. I send an email ahead of time with a form to fill out that lets me get to know what a potential client wants to focus on so that we can make the most of our time together. We will talk and, only if I feel I can help and only if they would like some help, will I offer my 90-day program as a resource. At that point, we talk about some details like how much it will cost, how long it will take, and the benefit of focusing on yourself.
Do clients work with you on a weekly basis? Monthly?
In the Total Body Transformation Program, we meet weekly for 60 minutes for a total of 12 sessions over about 90 days.
What are your fees for coaching?
Clients can choose to pay 1 payment of $1497.00 or 3 payments or $599.00.
